This hotel boasts outstanding views of Kensington Palace and park from the large living space that can accommodate up to 30 guests. The location is prime, right across the street from the park and within a 10 to 15-minute reach of major London attractions. The service provided by the evening male receptionist was impeccable, with various amenities available including housekeeping, laundry, and pet amenities. While the dining options were satisfactory, the packed lunches offered were a nice touch. The price for the experience is fair, making it a good value for money choice.
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location - it's situated in the prime area of London, directly across from the beautiful park and just steps away from the bus stop, although a slight distance from the tube station. The large living space for 30 guests is a wonderful feature along with all the luxurious facilities in classical British style. However, the dining options were limited, and achieving perfection would require enhancements in this aspect. The service was top-notch with a particularly friendly evening male receptionist who made my stay even more enjoyable.
